At The Perfume Box 246, we take pride in offering high-quality perfumes, beauty products, lash services, and massage treatments. To maintain hygiene, safety, and fairness to all customers, we have established the following Refund & Return Policy.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:
• Perfumes
• Beauty products
• Jewelry
• Gift sets
• Accessories
These items cannot be resold once opened or handled for hygienic reasons.
• Lash extension and massage appointments require a non-refundable booking fee.
• If you cancel late, fail to show up, or arrive too late to be serviced, the booking fee will be forfeited.
We aim to ensure all orders arrive in perfect condition.
If your item is defective or damaged on arrival:
• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
• Include photos or videos of the issue
• We will review the case and may offer a replacement or store credit
Replacements are provided only if the product is confirmed to be defective.
